Many organizations benefit from being a part of the Youth Development  Network because: « Members can keep in touch with what other programs are doing; « It provides opportunities for promotion between programs; referrals are  free advertising; « Members can share ideas and resources; and « Communication and networking decreases replications and fill in gaps of services for youth and their families.
